Fiber Drums

To produce a fiber drum, Pro Guardian always starts with a cylinder produced by straight winding of several lengths of Kraft Paper Drum or a drum liner. It is glued between the layers with mineral adhesive, eliminating any risk of fungal infestation. We also produce a complete waterproof model, where the adhesive is replaced with a reactivated polyethylene film. This process also offers improved product rigidity. The Kraft paper drum is an open-top cardboard packaging solution, a precise assembly of a round drum body, with a bottom of and lid.

Paper Core

Whether aluminium strips, steel sheets or other metals: heavy products need especially solid cores. So that your products get the matching core and withstand every strain, we developed cores for metals, which convince due to their high strength and special surfaces. Our cores for rolled metal strips can develop a wide range of large paper cores with diameters ranges from 280mm to 650 mm and wall thicknesses up to 22 mm.

Detach Box

Detach Box is designed using honeycomb board and Edgeboard. It has been developed to transport your light or heavy products safely to their destination. Detach Box is an excellent export box, no treatment like wood and you will benefit from savings in handling, material and freight costs, is a good alternative to plywood and wood box.

Honey Comb

Honey Comb is a trellis structure for panels of any thickness or shape, flat or curved, providing exceptional lightness, strength and absolute dimensional stability. This lightweight product has good cushioning properties and gives protection for transport packaging and also for a multitude of other applications, such as product divider and cushioning material.

Edge Protector

Also called as compressed Edge Board. Avoid costly damage to products during transit or storage. Used to stabilize loads and improve stacking strength during shipping. Edge protectors are made from recycled materials and are 100% recyclable. It allows you to optimize your transport space by double-stacking and strengthens your package and minimizes transport damage.

Paper Pallet

Paper pallets are shipping display pallets made from paperboard. Paper shipping pallets come in corrugated fibreboard partial wood decks or engineered with laminated paperboard. Some are made of paperboard composite honeycomb.

Regular Slotted Carton

A single piece with glued, taped or stitched (stapled) joins, this box is the go-to industry standard, used for everything from storage to shipping. Length flaps meet in the middle.
